TREXTON GROUP
OF COMPANIES

Our founders started off in year 2008 in the field of Contract Manufacturing. Over the years, we have expanded our operations into various business divisions, supported by more than 15 business units. Year 2013 marks a milestone for us as we reorganized our operations by regrouping our business into a few companies, which has placed us in good stead on preparing ourselves for future growth and challenges.

Every company in our group possesses respective Vision due to differences in business nature and business objectives; however, we share the same mission as we believe by adherences to these missions, each of our businesses will progress towards their respective Vision. However, our group company Vision serves as a moral compass for every company within our group.

We do not attempt to be the best or the largest; we do not attempt to provide superior services, which is a cut above the rest either. Instead, we develop standard operations procedures and adhere rigorously to achieve operational efficiencies, thereby putting our businesses in line with our vision.

In the workplace, we formulate company rules that foster employees to work with a balance state of mind, as a contributing factor to promote honesty, integrity and teamwork in the workplace. This includes taking coffee breaks, cooking for stress relief, and having interactive sessions with the colleagues across the organization to promote uphold our core values.
